Exchanges 

Exchanges can be submitted through our return portal. Return labels will be provided upon submission. Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and in original shipped condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the item remains in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. Please allow 2 weeks for preorder items to ship.

Refunds

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and in original shipped condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the item remains in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers.

After receipt of return we will refund your original method of payment, minus any expedited shipping costs incurred and return label fees. Please allow up to 5 days after returned to receive refund payment confirmation.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged please report this within 5 days of receiving the piece and provide photo evidence to sheestudioss@gmail.com or report this on our return portal.
